During the year the Intendant General, Deputy Intendant General and Divisional Recorder get invited to the Annual Divisional Conclave meetings of all the other Divisions. These Divisional meetings are held across the whole of the UK and even abroad (Benelux). The Intendant General and the other officers attempt to get to as many of these meetings as possible.
The friendship and camaraderie of those attending these meetings is one of the major factors for visiting and makes travelling to these meetings very worthwhile.
As well as the invited guests, the Divisions would welcome members of other Divisions attending their meeting. This would normally be at one’s own cost, ie the cost of the meal etc.
The nearest Divisions to our are:
- Division of Kent – meets at Gillingham on 2nd Saturday in March (14th March 2026)
- Division of Surrey – meets at Croydon on 4th Saturday April (25th April 2025)
- Division of Sussex – meets at Worthing on 2nd Saturday in May (9th May 2026)
- Thames Division – meets at Oxford on 1st Saturday in June (6th June 2026)
- Middlesex Division – meets at Twickenham on 4th Saturday July (25th July 2026)
- Division of Dorset & Wiltshire – meets at Wareham on 2nd Saturday in October (10th October 2026)
If any active Divisional Officer or any member of the Division would like to attend any of these meetings please contact our Divisional Recorder and he will ensure you get sent the information about the meeting and he can also book you in.
