At Alton this week, Border Conclave of the Red Cross of Constantine (the only Conclave in the North East Area) welcomed two new members, in the presence of the Intendant General – Past Intendent General, Roger Bicknell became a Joining Member while Gary Green (well known in the area) was Installed as a Knight Companion.
2022 was an excellent year for the Conclave, and two of the year’s candidates received their Grand Conclave Certificates.
