Two standing Committees, comprising the following members, advise the Intendant-General on matters referred to them:
The Executive Committee
An Executive Committee comprising the
- Intendant General
- Deputy Intendant General
- Divisional Eusebius
- Divisional Treasurer
- Divisional Recorder
- Divisional Marshal
Any others, such as the Deputy Recorder, are at specific invitation by the Intendant General
The General Purposes Committee
A General Purposes Committee comprising all:
- Active Divisional Officers
- Conclave Sovereigns
- Conclave Viceroys
- Conclave Recorders
- Conclave Treasurers and
- Conclave Marshals
All of the above have a duty to attend, and all:
- Subscribing Grand Officers in the Division
who may attend.
